Technological Challenges With The Bluetooth Headset

When it comes to communicating in short range wirelessly, the blue tooth headset makes cell phone use a breeze. Technologically, the blue tooth headset is one of the most complicated and challenging of designs. They promote lightweight communication methods, with a battery and receiver built right into the ear piece. As complicated as they are to create, they are extremely popular for cell phone users everywhere.

Today, when you think of headset, you typically think of those that are extremely small and light to carry. What is great about blue tooth headsets is that they are wireless an, but not so small. What is happening is that there is so much to fit into the ear piece, such as receiver and transmitter, that they are having a difficult time trying to fit that much equipment into a tiny space.

Never fear technology advances each day and blue tooth is working around their obstacles. Consumers demand small and lightweight, blue tooth is working heavily to produce just that. To some people, even though blue tooth headsets are wireless, they tend to weigh slightly more which is considered to be a disadvantage to the technology and the headset.

Traditional headsets, with wires, when combined with cell phones did not present much of a problem when it comes to batteries, because they are wired. However, the problem with the blue tooth headset is that it is wireless and contains a battery within the headset. The problem is that the headset only lasts about twenty six hours when not in use and only 2 to 3 hours when talking. Manufacturers are developing ideas to keep the headsets usable for the maximum amount of time. This might mean turning off the headset after calls or having to connect the headset with each call.

Yet another disadvantage of the blue tooth headset is the range of calls. With blue tooth technology even though wireless, you cannot be far from the cell phone, not much further than the backset of your car, and still communicate. Therefore, it is still necessary to keep the phone with you at all times, even though it is meant to be wireless and hands free.

2. If you are lucky enough to have grand kids you will want to take part in their lives. To go on a bike ride through a beautiful Forest or along a beach bike path. To be able to share those moments with the grand kids will give them memories for the rest of their lives. Every time they take a bike ride ,they will remember you and those adventures you gave them.

3. Do you have the feeling of doing something to push yourself to new heights. Maybe ride a bike across the country, hike through one this countrys great national parks, sail around the world, or just get back into an athletic activity you did in your youth.

4. Maybe you just want a better quality of life to live. To stop taking all those medicines that comes with getting older being out of shapeoverweight. How many aches and pains could you lose if you start eating healthy and exercising. No high blood pressure, low Cholesterol, and reduce chances of a heart attack or stroke. Not to mention the stress level low to zero about your health.

The choice is yours to make, a life of doctor visits, taking pills, and the stress of worrying about is this my last day. Or do you look to the future with your dreams coming true every day. Enjoying every minute of every day for the rest of your life. There are two stories left to be told about your life which will be told. The first one is my life was a struggle each day and you justify it by saying pain lets you know you are still alive. The second one is I so many things to be thankful for and I could not have live my life any fuller.

If weight loss is holding you back in life, make something happen today. You have to take action. No one else can do it for you. wrap you mind around the idea of living life the highest level you can. Start a program that works for you and stick with it. Get some motivational programs to help create that mindset you need to be successful at anything. Each human body is different. One diet plan may not work as well for you as for someone else. So you will have to do some research, testing, and maybe combine different parts of more than one diet plan. When you find one that works, then work the plan to reach your goals.

Exercise works every time it is used, period. So making excuses not to do them it just plain BULL_ _ _ _. You need to do three types of exercises.

1. Cardio: Which needs to done 45 minutes every other day.

2. Weights and Resistant training: Do this on the off days.

3. Stretching or Yoga: This could be alternated with Weights and Resistant training.

Drink lots of water and do not over do it. If you have not workout in a long time take it slow. You should build up your level of conditioning and endurance. If you have pain stop. Your workouts should be fun and done nice and easy. You will know when you be ready to go for it and that will the best feeling you will every have in your workout program.

Be good to yourself. Life is too short to miss it.

20 Conditioning Exercises You Can Do at Home

Doing an effective whole body conditioning and weight loss workout can be done entirely at home without any fancy equipment. A couple of dumbbells is all you will need. (Even if you dont have dumbbells there is usually something lying around the house that is heavy enough to substitute in for them)

Here is a list of 20 exercises you can do right in your own home for a great whole body conditioning and fat loss workout.

exercises:

group 1:
Bodyweight Squats
Bulgarian Split Squats
Y-Squats
Prisoner Squat
Reverse Lunge
Step Ups
One Leg Get Ups

group 2:
Push Ups
Push Up and Point
Mountain Climbers
Decline Push Ups
Push Ups/Stick Ups
Step Up and Press
Squat and Press

group 3:
Plank
Side Plank
Curl and Press
One Arm Rows
Bird dogs
One Leg Deadlifts

Pick one exercise from each group and do them all back to back for a mini circuit of 3 exercises. Do each exercise for a timed interval of 10 seconds for a total of 30 seconds per mini circuit.

As you get better at them work up to doing each exercise for 20 seconds for a total of 60 seconds per mini circuit.

take 30-60 seconds rest between mini circuits.

For beginners do a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Working up to 4 or 5 as you get better at them.

Once youre ready to move to the next level add a second mini circuit by choose 3 different exercises (one from each grouping). Do your second mini circuit with the same time of work to rest ratio as your fist.

If you feel you are already at an advanced level you can add one or two more mini circuits up to a total of 4 mini circuits. These 20 exercises are just an example of what is possible, there are dozens more that would work in this mini circuit style, you can incorporate any exercise that you like into these mini circuits. This style of workout is a great complete whole body conditioning and fat loss program you can do right at home in under 45 minutes.
