The first one is my life was a struggle each day and you justify it by saying pain lets you know you are still alive. The second one is I so many things to be thankful for and I could not have live my life any fuller.

If weight loss is holding you back in life, make something happen today. You have to take action. No one else can do it for you. wrap you mind around the idea of living life the highest level you can. Start a program that works for you and stick with it. Get some motivational programs to help create that mindset you need to be successful at anything. Each human body is different. One diet plan may not work as well for you as for someone else. So you will have to do some research, testing, and maybe combine different parts of more than one diet plan. When you find one that works, then work the plan to reach your goals.

Exercise works every time it is used, period. So making excuses not to do them it just plain BULL_ _ _ _. You need to do three types of exercises.

1. Cardio: Which needs to done 45 minutes every other day.

2. Weights and Resistant training: Do this on the off days.

3. Stretching or Yoga: This could be alternated with Weights and Resistant training.

Drink lots of water and do not over do it. If you have not workout in a long time take it slow. You should build up your level of conditioning and endurance. If you have pain stop. Your workouts should be fun and done nice and easy. You will know when you be ready to go for it and that will the best feeling you will every have in your workout program.

Be good to yourself. Life is too short to miss it.

20 Conditioning Exercises You Can Do at Home

Doing an effective whole body conditioning and weight loss workout can be done entirely at home without any fancy equipment. A couple of dumbbells is all you will need. (Even if you dont have dumbbells there is usually something lying around the house that is heavy enough to substitute in for them)

Here is a list of 20 exercises you can do right in your own home for a great whole body conditioning and fat loss workout.

group 1:
Bodyweight Squats
Bulgarian Split Squats
Y-Squats
Prisoner Squat
Reverse Lunge
Step Ups
One Leg Get Ups

group 2:
Push Ups
Push Up and Point
Mountain Climbers
Decline Push Ups
Push Ups/Stick Ups
Step Up and Press
Squat and Press

group 3:
Plank
Side Plank
Curl and Press
One Arm Rows
Bird dogs
One Leg Deadlifts

Pick one exercise from each group and do them all back to back for a mini circuit of 3 exercises. Do each exercise for a timed interval of 10 seconds for a total of 30 seconds per mini circuit.

As you get better at them work up to doing each exercise for 20 seconds for a total of 60 seconds per mini circuit.

take 30-60 seconds rest between mini circuits.

For beginners do a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Working up to 4 or 5 as you get better at them.

Once youre ready to move to the next level add a second mini circuit by choose 3 different exercises (one from each grouping). Do your second mini circuit with the same time of work to rest ratio as your fist.

If you feel you are already at an advanced level you can add one or two more mini circuits up to a total of 4 mini circuits. These 20 exercises are just an example of what is possible, there are dozens more that would work in this mini circuit style, you can incorporate any exercise that you like into these mini circuits. This style of workout is a great complete whole body conditioning and fat loss program you can do right at home in under 45 minutes. Xbox 360 Three Red Lights Fix - Repair It Yourself

If your Xbox 360 has stopped working and you are getting the 3 red light error dont panic, there is hope. With some basic tools and a decent repair manual you can fix it yourself.

You will need a set of torx screwdrivers, If you do not have a set you can pick up a cheap set at your local hardware store.

The 3 red light error means there is a general hardware failure. First thing you can try is to dis-connect everything and let your console sit for 20 minutes unplugged from the power. Re-connect everything and try it again, If you are still getting the error remove the hard drive and re-install it. Sometimes they get loose and you get a bad connection.

If that did not fix it you will need to open it up at this point. The most common failures are no video or disks will not read. Both can be repaired fairly easy.

If you have no video you can try a different video cable, borrow a friends if you do not have another one. If you still have no video but audio is working you will need to check the soldering connections on the main board for the video connector. Consult the manual before attempting this or any other internal repairs.

If your Xbox is not reading the disks or getting disk errors make sure your disks are clean. After that you may have to replace the dvd drive or if you have the skills you can remove the dvd drive and replace just the pick up assembly. This is a lot cheaper than replacing the whole drive. Again consult the repair manual before attempting this.

Your other option is to send your console off to microsoft and Wait. Nothing worse than having halo 3 and not being able to play it. I prefer to do my own mods and repairs. The console unit is very similar to your home computer, it is actually a small computer. With a little patience anyone can learn how to do there own repairs.

Once you learn about the inner workings of you game console and repair it you will become real popular with your friends when the game breaks down. This has turned into a part time business for me. Word seems to get around fast. If you want you can make some decent money doing repairs. People would much rather have someone local do their repairs.

The first two minutes of this fat burning routine is: Jump Rope - Begin by performing two jumps for each turn of the rope. Safety: Use the correct size jump rope and always land softly on the balls of your feet (that is the upper part of the bottom of your foot). Keep thinking I am losing weight.

Minutes two to three: Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper technique for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet. Your hands should be pointing forward as well. Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you (into a pushup position). Perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is vanishing.

Minutes three to four: Jump Rope with only one jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is melting away.

Minutes four to five: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you are going to lift and rotate your left arm off of the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot. And you will rotate your neck so you are looking up at your ceiling. Rotate back to the center and repeat on the other side. When finished, hop back into your squat position, stand up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.

Minutes five and six: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. keep thinking, I am losing body fat.

Minutes six and seven: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add the Leg Lift. This is the same as minutes two and three only this time you will lift the toes of one foot about twelve inches off of the ground only after you have performed your push up. Lower your foot and repeat on the other side. Hop back up to your squat position, stand up, and start again. Keep thinking, goodbye belly.

Minutes seven and eight: Jump Rope. Same as minutes three and four. Keep thinking, my belly is getting smaller.

Minutes eight and nine: Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you are going to add Mountain Climbers. Repeat everything as in minutes two and three only this time after your push up, you will quickly jog in place from your push up position. Make sure you bring your knees up to your chest on each rotation. Perform 5 jogs and repeat this entire process. Keep thinking, I am going to lose weight.

Minutes nine and ten: Jump Rope. Same as you first two minutes. Keep thinking. If I do this everyday, I will lose belly fat. Good luck to everyone.

Each are different, and each can lead to death, if left untreated. If you, or somebody you know, suffers from either, I urge you to get help. Some famous people have suffered from eating disorders, and having an eating disorder does not mean you are crazy, but it does mean you need help. Princess Di, suffered from bulemia, and Mary Carpenter suffered from anorexia, and eventually died from this disorder. Again, if you suffer from an eating disorder, get yourself help.

Bulimia is characterized by recurrent episodes of binge eating, and then forced regurgitation, to avoid weight gain. Bulimia isn't just going to a buffet, gorging food, and then throwing up, because you ate too much food. Bulimia is binging on huge quantities of food at least twice per week, and then throwing up, to prevent weight gain.

Characteristics of bulimia include:

Fear of fatness

Pursuit of weight loss

Fear of loss of control of eating

Perceptual distortion of body size

Low self esteem

anorexia is characterized by fear of gaining weight, and an intense preoccupation with weight gain or becoming fat. The person suffering from anorexia has a disturbance in perception of their own body weight, and pursuit of weight loss, and fear of loss of control of eating. 20% of people who suffer from anorexia will die from this disorder.

Characteristics of anorexia include:

Restrictive diets ranging from 500-800 calories a day

People who suffer from eating disorders have depression and anger. Much hype surrounds trendy workout machines, as seen in infomercials. There are so many to pick from, and while the various systems offer different exercises, they all promise the same thing: the body you've always wanted, as well as an overall improved lifestyle.

There's a hurdle to climb, however: some systems may not be practical for the way an individual wants to work out.

Nautilus has been producing Bowflex systems for about 20 years as of this writing, and these systems are extremely popular. Why Do We Have to Practice Being Spiritual?

Have you ever wondered why we those of us on a spiritual path are told to have a "practice"? Imagine if we all joined a spiritual team and got together every day for practice. What would we do? Would we run prayer sprints? Would we stretch our beliefs? Would we scrimmage different religions? Truth be told, practice is just as important to becoming a spiritual person as it is to becoming a great soccer player, swimmer or baseball player.

A spiritual practice is much like an athletic practice except the focus lies on becoming more spiritual more open to spiritual experiences, to connecting with our Higher Self or God, to tapping into the flow of Divine Energy rather than on becoming a better athlete. Just as the physical athlete must stretch and strengthen his muscles, spiritual athletes must stretch and strengthen their ability to quiet their minds, open to their spiritual nature, sense the part of themselves that is connected to the Divine, and experience a unity with All That Is. While some people have a spiritual or mystical experience without trying, the vast majority of people must exert effort daily to get just a little bit closer to feeling even a vague sense of something that might be called "spiritual."

What Does spiritual Practice Look Like?

So, just like our friends who are in search of the ultimate peak physical experience, we spiritual seekers are forced to practice, practice, practice so we might actually have a peak spiritual experience. What does that practice really look like? For some, it involves daily prayer sessions. For others, it means meditating every day. For others, it might mean doing good deeds for others. And for yet others, it means performing God's commandments, walking in nature, having a conversation with the Divine, journaling, using Tarot cards or a pendulum, or gazing at the ocean. No matter what practice they choose, it almost always involves doing whatever it is they do at least once a day.

Why Is The Repetition So Important?

Why does spiritual practice have to happen so often? The answer comes down to habit formation. When our spiritual practice becomes a habit, we can relax and allow it to be part of who we are and what we do. It becomes part of our life. In addition, when we can do what we do without thinking because it is a habit we allow in something other than our thoughts about what we are doing. What we are doing takes no thought. And when we don't have to think about what we are doing, we open our minds to focus upon something else. We open our experience to something else. We stop doing and start being. And since our being stems from the Divine Being, we begin moving closer to unity with the Divine. We move closer to having a spiritual experience.

Additionally, when we form a habit an action that requires little or no thought to accomplish we can then take what might seem empty, rote action and instill it with meaning. We can think about why we are doing that action what symbolism it has or what significance it holds for us personally and the empty action becomes full of meaning or meaning-full. If we also infuse that action with faith and belief, we fill that action with spirit, and it becomes spirit-full.

What To Do When Practice Feels Like A Struggle

I've struggled with having a spiritual practice. Often I'm too tired to get up early enough or to stay up late enough to spend time meditating and praying. Or I simply don't have the time for journaling, going inward, or going to a religious service.

For those of us too busy for a lengthy spiritual practice, I recommend small spiritual practices. Try 10 minute of prayer or meditation in the morning. Or light a candle and burn some incense when you get up and offer a prayer of gratitude. Just before you begin your work day, light a candle on your desk, quiet your mind, and ask that your work be karma yoga holy work. Or set your wrist watch to sound an alarm once an hour; when it rings, stop for even 30 seconds and clear your mind and allow yourself to be in the moment since God is in the moment.

Make these, or other short simple actions, your spiritual practices. You'll find your day and your life significantly enriched, and the experience will motivate you to find time for longer spiritual practices. Or you, if you like these short practice periods, you can add in more of them: a five minute meditation during your lunch break, a 10 minute journaling time before bed or a blessing before and after meals. In this way, your day will become one spiritual practice after another.

Making Your Whole Day a spiritual Practice

The ultimate goal of a spiritual practice revolves around having your whole day (week, month, year, life) feel like a spiritual practice or, at least, like an extension of your spiritual practice. I believe that is the idea behind the enormous number of mitzvot, or commandments, Jews are asked to remember and to act upon each day. If you try to observe even five or 10 of them each day, you find that your actions are tied into a spiritual practice on an almost constant basis. You praise God for your body working correctly when you awake. You offer gratitude for a multitude of events each morning. You bless the food you eat, acknowledging that it comes form a Higher Source. You raise your hands after washing them and ask that they be used in God's service. As you go to sleep at night, you ask that your transgressions and those of others be forgiven. Mitzvot are actually connectors; each time one commandment is performed, it connects the person to a Higher Source. The action reminds them of God.

If you can't find time every day for spiritual practice, commit to having a practice every week. For Jews and even for non-Jews I recommend taking on the Friday night Sabbath candle lighting as a spiritual practice. Along with this, try giving yourself a sanctuary in time 24 hours that are sacred, a real Sabbath. You can then build on this by developing a daily hour of spiritual practice when you do something you feel represents a spiritual practice.

To a great extent, spiritual practice involves remembering God on a minute-by-minute basis. When we remember our Divine Source we allow ourselves to be aware of that Source. And when we are aware of Divinity, we can experience it. Without a spiritual practice, we go through each day or each week without awareness of God, and the lack of awareness makes it almost impossibly for us to experience anything other than our own physical reality let alone our own spirit or the Spirit of the Universe.

The everyday work that we do, whether in an office, working around the house, or in any setting, is like a dance: both working and dancing have rhythm, movement and flow. working in an office, like physical exercise, can tire us. However, we can use a few simple movement ideas from the art of dancing to stay fresh and energized.

Fatigue at a desk

Have you ever thought, Ive been sitting at a desk all day. I havent been exercising hard. Why am I so tired?

Part of the reason is that sitting at a desk or working on a computer often results in a posture that impedes proper breathing. People can unconsciously develop poor posture habits that contribute to fatigue. Sitting in a concentrated posture with the head craned forward, slumped shoulders, and rounded back results in less oxygen intake than healthy posture with the head and shoulders in alignment.

Another cause of fatigue is focusing our thoughts too long on one task. This is similar to the effect of repeating a physical exercise all day. Thoughts have speed, strength, direction and flow, just as exercise does. Although physical activity may be minimal, focusing too long on one mental task is tiring. Shifting positions and varying activities can help.

Balanced movements

Breaks and short naps are helpful, but resting alone doesnt always remedy fatigue during the workday. Pioneer movement analyst and researcher Rudolph Laban discovered that balance in body movements is important. He believed that if work required movements twisting to the right, then twisting to the left should be included to create balance. Dancers and athletes do this in their training routines, in order to develop muscle symmetry in the body; likewise, workers are also influencing the development of their muscles with their daily routines.

Rhythmic variety and dynamic contrast

walking, typing, speaking and meetings all have rhythms and are part of a typical office workday. For example, some meetings run with the steady rhythm of a fixed agenda, and others flow like a meandering stream with a flexible agenda. Varying rhythms during the day enhances productivity at work and helps us stay energized.

Just as it is fatiguing to listen to words spoken in a monotone, work done in a monotone mannerfor example, at a fast tempo all day longis fatiguing. Variety, balance and contrast make work more interesting, and help us stay productive. Just as dancing involves rhythm and movement, along with a variety of fast, medium and slow tempos, job satisfaction is related to rhythm and work flow.

Repeating the same physical movements too many times creates mental and physical fatigue; this can happen at work or in an exercise class. A dance instructor who spent three hours rehearsing a single step created mental and physical exhaustion for the students in that class. An office worker who spent three hours at a desk working on one paragraph in a business letter felt similar mental and physical fatigue. Creating variety during work and exercise helps avoid this.

Individual rhythms

Every individual has a natural rhythm, which is expressed when walking, talking and working. For example, some people prefer to walk briskly, while others prefer to be leisurely. A person whose natural rhythm tends to be slow and thoughtful is likely to feel uncomfortable in a setting demanding fast and habitual movementsfor example, in a job working under demanding deadlines and rushing to meet tight schedules for a repetitive task. A person in a job which matches their natural rhythm is more likely to be satisfied with their work.

Group rhythms

Many retail businesses, doctors offices, and restaurants play music in the background as part of the setting for their work. While this is often intended to make the setting more comfortable and friendly for customers, it also creates a background rhythm for the employees. Fast paced music is used in some retail settings to encourage customers to be quick about their selections and purchases; the employees also respond to the music and to the customers rhythm. Other settings, such as dental offices, play slow, relaxing music to encourage customers to relax.

Dancing through a workday

Dance is a beautiful example of how rhythmic variety, dynamic contrast, and balanced movements help us recuperate. Dance and exercise classes involve balanced movements: exercises for the right leg must be repeated for the left leg; steps done traveling across the floor to the right must be repeated traveling left. Using variety also keeps movements interesting and energizing.

Dance and exercise classes add variety to our movement repertoire and challenge us with physically demanding movements. While this is arduous at first, stamina increases with regular sessions. A dance or exercise class also helps with developing balance, rhythm and variety, which help us stay fresh and energized.

Ideas for creating variety and minimizing fatigue during the workday:

* Be aware of your posture at work; sit upright, not slumped. If you need help developing good posture, consider attending an Alexander technique class or yoga class.

* Hand massage and hand exercises help maintain flexibility, and are especially important for people who use a computer keyboard for long periods of time.

* Shutting and relaxing the eyes periodically helps prevent eyestrain.

* Tempo and movement changes create rhythmic variety, balance and contrast.

* Taking the stairs, instead of an elevator, burns more calories and is a form of exercise for some office workers.

* If your employer offers exercise facilities, take advantage of these to get physical variety into your workday.

These are treats mostly relegated to a few summer months. We spend more than half the year eagerly anticipating these simple pleasures, and then rarely have the quiet moment or luxury of extended empty hours to truly enjoy what was so expected and natural when we were children.

Another special summer childhood adventure was overnight camp. remember the fear at arrival with all the nervous worries? Who are these other kids? What is expected of me? I dont know if I can do it

And then a week or two later, the fear was always replaced with mastery of new sports like sailing or archery, confidence in newly acquired outdoor living skills such as building fires or identifying edible berries, and camaraderie of new friends.

By far the most popular means of getting to orlando is by air.

orlando International airport is one of three airports serving the metroplex. It handles 31 million passengers a year and is one of the top airports in the country consistently voted one of the top 5 in the country for customer convenience. It is serviced by more than 37 carriers with more than 60 non stop arrivals (not to mention all the connecting flights) from US and international destinations daily. There are private charter carriers as well. Sanford Int'l airport is home to a small fleet of Int'l carriers.

orlando is located in east central Florida on Interstate 4. A lot of vacationers from the southeast find it easy to drive to orlando. The interstate highway system certainly makes it easier.

Amtrak runs a passenger trains to orlando. There is even a car train that starts in Lorton VA for those who want their own car but don't want to drive to orlando.

Unless you are staying at walt Disney world (WDW) you will need a car. There are taxis, limos, buses, horse drawn carriages too. For the easiest way to get around, get a car. Just be aware that under the best of circumstances traffic is very congested just like any other city this size.

If you are staying at wdw everything that you might want to do is within walking distance and the transportation system of wdw is available. The wdw transportation system is by bus, monorail, water taxi, or ferry. You sacrifice some freedom for big savings on gas insurance, parking, and of course the rental fees. It runs to and from all walt Disney properties well into the night. Remember though walt Disney world is 47 sq. miles and is only part of orlando. That's a lot of ground to cover.

A lot of the bigger hotels offer shuttle service to the theme parks and the airport-just be careful it may or may not be free so do your homework.

The decision on getting a car may be the most important decision of your stay in orlando.

Even if you are staying in wdw you may still want to get a car. There are several things to take into consideration in making this decision. They would include:

---time of year. The busier times of the year create longer lines waiting for ground transportation.

---Where you are staying. Proximity to where you want to spend your time is a factor.

---Length of stay. You can do almost anything for a day or two, but if your stay exceeds that shuttle hopping is not a fun sport.

---The convenience factor. Let's face it having a car is convenient and exudes freedom to do what you want when you want to do it.

---Size and makeup of your family. Think about the stroller etc and the little ones on and off the shuttle bus. Get the idea? Been there done that-NO THANKS!

Take the ideas and suggestion above to heart because transportation is a critical part of your vacation fun in orlando. Making the wrong decision on getting a car could ruin your stay.

When you are walking past greens on holes that are yet to be played, make it a habit to look at the pin position. Is the pin on the left or right? Is it in the centre of the green? Such knowledge can be very helpful when you come to play this hole.

Why?

Well if the pin is situated on the right of the green, you will want to place your ball on the left side of the fairway and if the pin is situated on the left, you will want to place your drive or shot before your approach shot on the right of the fairway, wont you?

What if the hole is a dogleg? You certainly cant see the green from the tee and will probably just blaze away, trying to get your ball on the short grass of the fairway. Anywhere will do, you think. Right?

Well, as stated in a previous article, it is a good idea to place your ball on a particular part of he fairway, or at least try to. Therefore, knowing on which side of the green the pin is situated, you will at least know where your drive should finish allowing you the best approach to the green possible. This means that if the pin is on the left of the green, and the dogleg is to the left, you will not try to get around the dogleg, but will try to get your ball to finish short of it, on the right side of the fairway.

Sure, it is a bit further to the flag, but the angle will be far superior. On the other hand, if the pin is situated on the right side of the green, then you will try to get around the dogleg with a draw, if you can do this, or cut the corner a bit to finish on the left if you can.

All this thinking and action is possible because you had a look at the pin position as you were passing a while ago.

Think like this all the time in other situations, and watch your score tumble.

Now a thought about windy conditions.

How do you feel when the wind is blowing hard? Pretty dreadful isnt it? You feel you will not play well today, and most likely, you will hurry a bit to get it over.

You will hurry your shots and try to fight the wind. Then you may become angry which upsets your equilibrium, results in more adrenaline and your score goes up and up. Not really the way to go. Right?

Well, how else can you play under these conditions?

What the pros do is to become even more careful and pain staking than normal. They recognise wind as a very major challenge with huge difficulty. So they become even more patient than usual and do not let their emotions get the better of them. They do not become angry and the adrenaline does not flow. The better the player, the nearer the top he finishes.

Here by hangs a lesson we can all learn. In the wind, do no hurry, do not become angry or upset, and have great patience. Remember that on the day it is the same for all players. So if you can adapt to the difficult conditions as well as you can, you may be surprised to see how near the front of he field you finish.

7. Spend the money on POE ( power over ethernet)access points - With POE your not limited to where you can place your access points.

8. firmware - update your wireless access points firmware before you install it. You could fry your access point and have to uninstall, that sucks.

My friend Elaine Helle in Oregon thought it would be fun to give the whole world something to laugh about.

As a laughter yoga teacher--her personal tagline is "Laugh for the health of it!"--she knows the power of a good belly laugh. And so, she started Belly Laugh Day, which will be celebrated around the world on January 24th at 1:24 pm local time.

On this day, people everywhere will pause in the middle of a busy day to smile, throw their hands up into the air and laugh out loud.

This isn't just one of those holidays that somebody made up and nobody honors. This one actually has coordinated silliness scheduled in places all over the globe. people will gather--or stop where they are at work or school or home--and laugh hard and long at the appointed time. Guitar Hero - The Origins Of Video Game Rock

guitar Hero was originally released on the ps2 on one glorious day in November of 2005. This much anticipated video game was special in that instead of the usual control pad used to play, the game was designed for use with a life-like guitar shaped device.

This unique controller was modeled after a real guitar called a Gibson SG. Using the guitar controller was very similar to using a real guitar, albeit with a few minor adjustments for simplicitys sake. Instead of containing several frets and six strings, the guitar hero controller had 5 fret buttons of differing colors, and a strum bar for strumming.

Originally developed by a video game company named Harmonix, it went on to receive numerous awards for its ingenuity and for the core of the game, its musical soundtrack. With 47 rock tracks by various big name artists, from the modern day to the 60s.

Due to the success of the first game, a second was released for the Playstation 2 in 2006, this time with an astonishing 64 musical tracks. Additional features included were the ability to multi-play against friends and non-friends alike. It went on to become the fifth highest grossing game of 2006 for the ps2. And due to unprecedented demand, a guitar Hero II version was released for the xbox 360. This version came with a special guitar and more songs.

The third in the series, aptly named guitar Hero 3, will be released in October of 2007. The company behind it this time is Activision, who have taken over development of the game from Harmonix. But fear not, as Activision is a major power-house in the gaming industry, having churned out such classics as the Tony Hawk Series and the call of duty series.

The much anticipated guitar Hero 3, has been confirmed to contain at least 46 songs, with new characters and an all new Battle Mode. Characters from the previous games to be featured in the new guitar Hero 3 are Casey Lynch, Axel Steel, Judy Nails, Izzy Sparks, Johnny Napalm, Xavier Stone and Lars Umlaut. A brand new playable character will be Midori. Unfortunately Clive and Pandora were removed from the game. For the boss battles, there will be three. One of them being Slash, who is also rumored to be a playable character.

guitar Hero III, also known as Legends of Rock, will be available on the ps2, Xbox 360, ps3 and Wii. Activision are also actively looking to bring the game to the nintendo DS.

Are you are having problems with your xbox 360 like three flashing red lights near the power button, or the red error ring, or other problems with overheating, graphic errors, and freeze ups? Everton
After spending the early part of the season facing a relegation battle the only reinforcements came in the form of Alan Stubbs, joining from Sunderland for his second spell at the club.

Two players have left the club Marcus Bent to Charlton and Per Kroldrup to Fiorentina. The Danish defender arrived in a 5 million switch from Udinese but returned to Italy for substantially less after making just one league appearance.

At 10 points clear, Everton look safe from the drop but you may be tempted by the 33/1 relegation odds.

Fulham
Fulham are battling against relegation and have made five new signings. Goalkeepers Tony Warner and Antti Niemi joined from Cardiff and Southampton respectively while New Zealand international Simon Elliott arrived from columbus Crew. Defender wayne Bridge and midfielder Michael Brown joined from Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur on loan.

Without an away win all season, Fulhams strength and key to survival lies in their form at Craven Cottage. 26 of the 29 points accumulated have come from home wins and manager Chris Coleman will need to keep up this momentum. Fulham can be backed at 14/1 for relegation.

Liverpool
Third in the table and a favourable draw in the Champions League has seen further recruits arrive at Anfield. Defender Jan Kromkamp arrived in a swap deal from Villarreal which saw Josemi return to Spain while Danish defender Daniel Agger cost 5.8 million from Brondby.

A host of fringe players left on loan deals but all transfers were eclipsed by the return of striker Robbie Fowler, five years after leaving Anfield. Fowler scored 120 goals in 236 Premiership matches for the Reds previously and with manchester United wobbling, Liverpool could eclipse them in second position. They are three points behind in third but have two games in hand. Rafa Benitezs side can be backed at 6/5 to win the Premiership in the without Chelsea market.

Following a blistering start to the season, City are sitting comfortably in tenth position. manager Stuart Pearce will not stand for half measures and has motivated his side into three wins out of their last four matches, including a 3-1 derby win over bitter rivals united.

Pearces managerial qualities have not gone unnoticed and he is quoted at 20/1 to succeed Sven Goran Eriksson as the next england boss.

The former Premiership powerhouses have been exposed yet again this season as being nowhere near Chelsea in terms of results, consistency and strength in depth. However, the Glaziers sanctioned the arrivals of Spartak moscow defender Nemanja Vidic Spartak for 7 million and 5.5 million signing Patrice Evra.

A dire spell in europe has seen them with the Carling cup one of their only chances of silverware this season although Sir Alex Fergusons side are still 5/6 favourites for the Premiership without Chelsea. Strike duo Ruud van Nistelrooy is 5/6 and wayne Rooney 10/1 to top the Premiership scoring charts.

Middlesbrough
One of the pre season outsiders for a top four position, Middlesbrough are now staring relegation square in the face. Boro have won just once in their last 10 Premiership outings and that was away at rock bottom Sunderland.

No players arrived in January although Szilard Nemeth left for Strasbourg. One of the few bright spots, striker Yakubu, can be backed at 16/1 to top the Premiership goalscoring chart while speculative punters may fancy the 13/2 on offer of relegation.

Newcastle united
manager Graham Souness became the latest Premiership managerial casualty after recently losing five of their last six league matches. With just 36 wins in his 83 matches in charge the club are hovering six points above the drop zone.

Big money arrivals Michael Owen and Alberto Luque failied to ignite an expected charge for european football and former West Ham manager Glenn Roeder and Alan Shearer have taken over the reigns temporarily. Bolton manager Sam Allardyce is the 9/2 favourite to take over permanently and despite a poor run of form the Magpies remain 20/1 outsiders for relegation.

In the old days, choosing a video game system for children wasn't all that hard. After all, parents didn't have to worry about games carried by systems like Atari (there was nothing threatening about Pac-man or Space Invaders). Today, however, with the proliferation of games with mature content available on games supported by the major system manufacturers, parents want to know which system carries the most kid-friendly games, ones that the young ones will enjoy and one that parents will not regret spending money on.

Let's start with the Sony PlayStation 2, the best-selling game console on the market today. There are literally thousands of titles available for this system, which cater to every age range. There are approximately 600 games for the ps2 that have the "E" rating, meaning that it is suitable for players ages six and above. However, many of these games are too complicated for young children to play. Games that children ten years old and above can enjoy are rated E10+, while those that are rated EC (Early Childhood) are of course, suitable for the very young. The ps2 carries about a dozen E10+ games, including movie-based titles like Shrek Super Slam for PlayStation 2 and Chicken Little. EC titles that little ones can enjoy include Dora the Explorer: Journey to the Purple planet, Eggo Mania and At the Races Presents Gallop Racer.

Nintendo's GameCube console continues to be popular because it carries titles that are popular with children. The Entertainment Software rating Board (ESRB) lists 263 video game titles rated E for the GameCube, and these include some of the most popular and beloved among the children of today and years past, such as Sega's Sonic GEMS Collection, Nintendo's own Mario Party 6 and Mario Tennis. The legend of Zelda series and several Pokemon titles are available exclusively on the GameCube as well.

Microsoft's xbox and xbox 360 video game consoles likewise have many, many titles that are rated E; the xbox with approximately 270 games and the xbox 360 with so far about a dozen -- but count on the number of xbox 360 titles to increase since it's a new release. Some games published by Microsoft exclusively for the xbox and the xbox 360 and which have the E rating are Astropop and Feeding Frenzy. However, remember that most game publishers release crossover titles, or games that are available on multiple platforms. For instance, Eidos Interactive's LEGO Star Wars (rated E) is available for the GameCube, ps2 and xbox; Activision's Madagascar (rated E10+) is available on the same platforms, while Global Star Software's Dora the Explorer (rated EC) is available on the ps2 and xbox, but not on the GameCube.

What about parental control options? Among the four systems, the xbox and the xbox 360 have the most efficient parental lock functions. Parents are able to set limits on the games and films to be played on the systems. If you set the system to play only E-rated games, kids won't be able to play DVD's or games that have Teen, Mature, or Adults Only ratings. The GameCube also has a parental lock feature, albeit a less effective one. Users note that all it does is tone down certain effects that might be troubling for children (for example, the amount of blood seen in games) but do not block the playing of games at all. It doesn't even screen or bleep offensive language. The parental control function of the PlayStation 2 is even worse -- it doesn't allow parents or anyone to restrict access to video games at all. The most parents can do is to set the ps2 to prevent their kids from watching dvd movies with inappropriate content.

When it comes to price, the GameCube comes out tops. Available for only $99, it's significantly cheaper than the PlayStation 2 and xbox, whose prices range from $150 to $199 (or more if bundled with game titles). The xbox 360, being the newest of the bunch, is the highest-priced. For $299, you get the system and a wired controller. For $399, you get a wireless controller, a headset that players can use to talk to other people online, a 20 GB hard drive that is loaded with game-related videos and music, and a remote.

Parents should go out and try each system personally as well as look at the different titles available for them before deciding which one to buy. Factors such as number and age of users at home, game title availability, and budget should also be considered. Each system has its own pros and cons, and families will differ in their preferences: some will be content with the limited but popular games of the GameCube; some might prefer the wider offering of the PlayStation 2 or the xbox; others might opt for the high-tech features of the xbox 360. But all things considered, making the right choice will provide hours of wholesome, fun, and worry-free entertainment for the little ones and for their parents as well.

microsoft has gone on something of a marketing frenzy for halo 3, coming up with two different limited editions for the release as well as a standard edition. They havent stopped there however as they are also releasing a halo 3 special edition of their Xbox 360 console, finished in the Spartan green and gold color combination, two special edition controllers and a wireless headset also skinned in green and gold. If youre planning to buy it all, youll need some deep pockets as the ultimate edition of the game -- the Legendary Edition -- will retail for $129.99 and the special edition console costs nearly $400.

Heres whats going to available later this month:

halo 3 Legendary Edition - This edition will be released in limited quantities and each one will be numbered, but I havent seen any word on how many copies there will actually be so its hard to say whether you need to order it as quickly as possible or can wait a bit. If you are planning on getting this edition, it might be better safe than sorry to pre-order it.

The Legendary Edition of halo 3 will come packaged inside a collectible Spartan Mjolnir Mark VI helmet case that is rather nifty looking and will look great on your desk or bookcase. In addition to the game, this edition also includes two other discs. The first showcases exclusive footage of the Bungie team and their behind the scenes process as they go about creating halo 3. This disc also includes an HD Making of halo 3 documentary as well as other featurettes on the design process. So its sort of like a dvd release with all the hot directors extras. In addition, theres the most unique aspect of the whole set -- an audio-visual calibration tool --which can be used to calibrate your home theater set-up to display the best audio and video for your game playing experience.

The second disc in the Legendary Edition includes the Bestiarum, a digital guide to the cultures, world and creatures of halo 3; remastered material from previous editions of halo featuring behind the scenes work at Bungie; exclusive Machinima content from the creators of "Red vs. blue" and "This Spartan Life; and a collection of storyboard art.

So if you are obsessed with halo and its creative team, the Legendary Edition is the edition for you. Next up is the Limited Edition.

halo 3 Limited Edition - This edition comes in a sleek metal case and includes the Bestiarum in a hard cover bound edition; a bonus behind the scenes disc, including the audio-visual calibration tool from the Legendary edition; storyboard art; and a special Halo fiction and art book.

Finally, there is the standard edition of halo 3 which just contains the game itself.

For my money, the best value option is the Limited Edition. At only 10 dollars more than the game-only release, it includes lots of great bonus materials that are well worth the extra 10 dollars spent. The Legendary Edition of the game is nearly double the price and the big difference between the two special editions is the Helmet case. Of course, if you really fancy the helmet, the Legendary edition is obviously the way to go, but if you could not care less, pick the Limited Edition and spend the extra $60 dollars on buying another game for your xbox 360.

Improve Your Swing Plane and Improve Your Golf Swing

We as golfers have heard the term swing plane many times during our golfing careers. But do we really know the definition of it and the bearing upon our golf swing?

Recently, I had a conversation with Dean Reinmuth (top 30 teaching pro ranked by Golf Digest) and I think he described swing plane the best. Dean suggests to think of the swing plane as an imaginary circle. The imaginary circle that represents the swing plane is set at an angle. It is the path on which it is necessary for the club to travel in order to execute the swing correctly.

Beginning at address, the clubhead and shaft should be positioned at the bottom of the swing plane. During takeaway into the backswing and at the transition point of the swing, the clubhead and shaft are to remain on the swing plane. These three phases of the swing represent the club traveling up the swing plane to top of it. Keep in mind the visual of the circle and the shaft of the club dissecting the shoulder during these phases of the swing.

Once the transition is complete, the downswing begins and the clubhead is moving down the swing plane. The path on which the club is traveling down should be the same as on the backswing.

Continuing on with the swing plane, the club is to travel to again the bottom of the swing plane for impact with the golf ball. Once impact has occurred with the golf ball the follow-through of the swing occurs, and it is still necessary for the club to travel upon the correct swing plane. This assures that you are releasing the golf club correctly.

The swing plane on the follow through is essentially a mirror image of it on the backswing. The golf club, again, must travel up an imaginary circle that dissects your front shoulder up into the finish position.

What does the swing plane represent?

The swing plane represents the path on which your golf club should travel upon during the swing.

Why is it so important for the golf club to travel upon the swing plane?

The golf club must travel upon the correct swing path in order to impact the golf ball correctly. Impacting the golf ball correctly provides the greatest possibility of delivering powerful, accurate, and consistent shots on the course of play.

Oftentimes the golf club does not travel upon the correct swing plane. What happens in such instances?

The path of the club becomes and outside to in move resulting in a slice, or an inside to out swing plane resulting in a hook. Overall, the clubs not traveling on the correct swing plane results in poor shots.

Now that we know what a proper swing plane is within the golf swing and we can visually create a picture of it, how do we develop the proper swing plane?

This is the hard part, and there are no secrets about it. Referring back to my conversation with Dean Reinmuth, he suggests that it is a process of creating feel for the proper swing plane. Creating feel is a process of knowing where the clubhead is on the swing plane. This allows you to know where your golf club is in regards to the proper swing plane required of the golf swing.

How do you go about creating feel within your golf swing?

It is a process of understanding the mechanics of swing and developing the proper swing mechanics within your golf swing.

This allows you to know what the golf club should be doing, where it should be during each phase of the swing, and when it is not where it should be when you are swinging the golf club.

Overall, it becomes a process of recognition. Recognition of what is the right and the wrong movements/positions within the golf swing. Once feel is developed within your swing, I would definitely say you are close to mastering the golf swing.

This does require time and effort on your part. But if you are willing to put in the time and effort, rewards on the course will be well documented.

Everyone gets a little stiff neck once in a while, and yoga can wipe away the pain with a few concentrated exercises. First, though, you must be certain the pain isn't related to something more serious than a simple stiff neck. Instead of yoga, see a doctor if any one of the following is true:

- You neck pain has persisted for more than three days, or it keeps coming back.

- Your neck pain is accompanied by dizziness or nausea.

- The pain seems to radiate down into your arms or legs.

- The pain began with a fall or accident.

If your stiff neck does NOT meet any of the above conditions, these simple yoga exercises can help increase your neck's flexibility and strengthen the neck muscles. By exercising you speed blood and needed nutrients to the area, easing the neck pain gradually. Try these:

Neck Stretches

Sitting cross-legged, tall and straight, and inhale eyes forward. Exhale, moving chin to chest. Repeat this breath five times, the fifth time holding chin to chest breathing three times through the nose. inhale, raising the head to center again. This time drop your right ear to your right shoulder during the exhale. Repeat this breath five times, the fifth time holding ear to shoulder for three breaths. Repeat this sequence with the left ear to left shoulder.

Half-Circle Rolls

Drop your chin to your chest. Slowly roll it up to your right shoulder, down to center, up to the left shoulder and down to center. Repeat this three to five times. Never roll the head in a full circle, as this can cause damage.

Shoulder Hunches

Hunch your shoulders up as high as you can, then relax them completely. Repeat five to six times. Next roll your shoulders in forward circles five to six times, then backward circles five to six times. Notice how relaxed your shoulders feel. Try this quick relaxation exercise any time you feel tension building.

Chest Expander

Stand with your feet together and your fingers interlaced behind your back. inhale while raising your hands behind your back, squeezing your shoulder blades together and tucking your tailbone under to keep from over-arching your back. Hold this position for three to four breaths, then lower your arms slowly during the next exhale.

Arm Lifts

Hold your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground with palms facing each other but not touching. inhale while bringing them up next to your head. Exhale while you bring them down again. Repeat this four to eight times.

Press It

Place either palm on the back of your head. Simultaneously press the head and hand against each other for a count of ten. Move the palm to the forehead and repeat the pressing for another count of ten. Now place the right palm against the right side of your head and press head and hand together for a count of ten. Repeat with the left palm and left side of the head.

These yoga exercises are designed to relieve physical stress and related pain. The best pain relief is pain prevention, so be sure to watch your posture and set your workspace to avoid slouching.

Dear Parents and guardians, if you could only hear what I hear your child repeating. I'm sure it was unconscious on your part when you first said what you said. But I'd like to say that little children are SPONGES. They absorb everything that you are saying, doing and putting out there.

The sad truth is that they are already beginning to believe harmful words, concepts, and thoughts. They begin coping with words, and thoughts they received from you. Do you want to hear what you, their teachers and others have been saying in your kid's ears?

You won't believe it!! From a four and half year old. I can't stop sucking my thumb because an invisible witch put a curse on me, that's why I can't STOP!! I stopped my children's yoga class to ask her who told her that? My daycare teacher. I then took the time to explain to this beautiful, bewildered, and now frightened little girl that there was no such thing as witches and she sucks her thumb because it feels comfortable. I explained once you don't want to suck your thumb anymore you'll stop.

From a four year old. What were you thinking!!? That was stupid!! When I asked her if she needed help with her knots in her shoe laces.

From a slim and beautiful four year old girl. I'm too fat already. I can't eat too much.

From another three and a half year old who said to another child when she wasn't going alone with his idea. Keep it up!! And I'm going to SMACK YOU from here to infinity!!

From a pair of brother and sister. Our Mom calls us DUMB. I asked them what does she say. That was a very dumb idea!! You're acting dumb!! I told each of them that they were not dumb and sometimes parents make mistakes.

From a tough and beautiful three year old boy as we were saying affirmations such as I love my mouth, I love my nose. He interrupted to tell me he doesn't like his nose because he thinks he has a BIG nose. I told him that everyone has a special and unique nose and that his nose was perfect and beautiful nose.

When I had a group of all girls --one said Hey guys. I think that this is misused and we need to bring in the thought of using the word girls even among ourselves, moms and friends.

Do you want to hear the favorite story of this beautiful four year old girl? The prince comes and rescues the little princess, so that they can get married, and she will be taken to his castle, where she will wait for him to return.

Here are a few humorous things too. When some of the children learned that my name is yoga Kat. They asked me yoga Kat, where is your tail

A petite beauty boldly announced that she has a boy! You mean a baby brother? No I have a boy. You mean a boyfriend? She giggled, squealed and nodded her head. How do you know he's your boyfriend? I asked. Her response without hesitation- I kiss him.

From a shy little girl who's hand I was holding when we were about to run in a circle. yoga Kat, you don't have to hold my hand because I can run as fast as cheetah. With that she proceeded to show me how fast she could run. And it was fast!!

The little children were encircling themselves with the puffy mats and saying they were building houses. But one little girl said, I'm building a garbage can!!

At the end of a class I was saying to each of the children You did a GOOD JOB. And I love YOU THIS MUCH. one of the little girls noticed that there was one girl who had already run to get her shoes before I made my statement. So she escorted me over to where the other girl was sitting and said to me Yoga Kat can you tell so and so that you love her too? With that I said, I love YOU THIS MUCH!!

So remember that you have small ears wide open moms and dads. Think about what you are going to say and about to transmit. It's understood that it's done unconsciously. This is a friendly reminder to become more conscious of your words for your children's sake.

With many of the new video game systems having hit the market, most notably the XBox 360, which has been out for some time, but also the Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3, many gamers are left wondering what to do with their old systems. While the option to sell of our old game machines is certainly a valid one, it may not be the best thing to do for that old big black Xbox that you think is just taking up space on your entertainment unit.

Yes, we could be $50 or $100 dollars for the good old Xbox on ebay, it may be much wiser to spend just a little bit of money, and turn that Xbox into something much more than just an old game system that you may not want to use any more. I'm sure you've all heard of Xbox Mod Chips, so I'll only briefly describe what exactly they are. What I will say though, is that it's quite possibly the best $29.00 investment you can make for your Xbox.

An Xbox mod chip is a small, mass produced micro controller that you can install into your Xbox. An Xbox mod chip allows you to play all types of games, such as backup games (where you copy your original game, put it away for safe keeping, and use your backup instead) as well as import games. Xbox mod chips also allow you to use emulators on your Xbox to play old classic NES or SNES games, as well as thousands of arcade game too. Pretty much any old system you can think of, has an emulator made specifically for the Xbox, so you'll be able to play thousands of games.

However, there is also a little known (yet highly popular) extra function that xbox mod chips provide. Once you've installed your mod chip, you can swap out the standard Xbox hard drive with just about any size hard drive you can get your hands on. My Xbox has a 320 gig hard drive now, loaded with emulators and games, and a slew of homebrew applications. But the best part of it all, is something called the Xbox Media Center.

In fact, it'll turn your Xbox into quite possibly the most advanced entertainment system available, all for a price of $0.00 - because you own the Xbox already.

With this simple installation (an Xbox Mod Chip is required) you'll have a region Free DVD player, a DivX movie player, a file manager, built in SNES emulators and NES Emulators, as well as Sega Genesis / Mega Drive emulators and various other tools.

If you have a larger hard drive installed, there is also a piece of software built in called DVD to Xbox. This very unique software allows you to insert your Xbox disc into your Xbox, and then select the COPY DVD to XBOX and it will actually transfer your entire DVD disc, to your hard drive. You can play the game from the hard drive just as you would from a regular DVD disc, without the excessive load times.

One of the features that I like the most, is the streaming audio. The streaming audio lets you stream any Shoutcast radio station, right to your Xbox (when connected to the internet), turning your Xbox in to a streaming radio station, playing the music or songs you want to hear, whenever you want to hear them. On top of that, you can also watch Google Video and YouTube videos right on your TV screen too, by streaming them live from the Internet.

It has also replaced my DVD player, as my movie player of choice. It's actually a region free dvd player, so you could watch movies from any region, but on top of that, it has full support for divX, Xvid, and any AVI, Mp3, or Mp4 files. You can quickly and easily use the built in media player even to display your latest digital photos, right from CD-R or DVD-R discs. This easily beats almost any media center or media add on, and is truly a must have for your Xbox.

And best of all, it's all free. With the exception of the Xbox Mod Chip you require for the Xbox itself, all of the above mentioned software and features are completely free. If you're not one to solder, or don't like soldering at all, there are also no solder Xbox Mod chips available, which make installation a breeze, and you'll be up and running in no time.

In closing. I would urge you to reconsider selling what may seem to you to be an old game system, and turn it into something completely new, and different. It'll be the best $50 - $100 dollars you never got, from selling it on ebay.

Both coaches, too, mike Holmgren and Bill Cowher, have a propensity to run the football and take away the opponents running game. Both offensive lines are solid.

Seattle was third in the nfl averaging 153 yards rushing per game, while Pittsburgh was fifth averaging 139 yards per game. In the all important yards per carry, Seattle averaged 4.7 yards (second) while the steelers averaged 4 yards per pop (12th).
